The YAK RC Prespirator is designed to prevent abnormal pressures or depressions in the tank compartments of liquid hydrocarbon carriers. RC YACs comply with the requirements of  NF EN 14595 OCT.2016. As well as the regulations for the transport of hazardous materials RTMD and RTMDR. The operating conditions of the YAK RC ventilation devices are defined for: Contribute to the protection of the environment in case of pouring or overturning the tanker. Avoid that the internal pressure reaches an abnormal value. Allow unloading operations. Allow loading operations from below. Characteristics: Service function at normal pressure. The gases resulting from the evaporation of the product are evacuated by the primary pressure valve set to: 9 (0 / -4) kPa <=> 90 (0 / -40) mbar Service function during unloading: the vacuum valve allowing the entry of air into the compartment during unloading is calibrated at (1 + where -0.5) kPa (10 + or -5) mbar service function when reversing: the device comprises a shut-off valve closing the evacuation passage of the service function normal when the inclination of the tank reaches or exceeds 27 ° (tolerance + 10 °). Safety overpressure and vacuum service functions remain assured.
